Yoga Makes Change For Hope and Healing Benefit

The funds raised will help certified yoga teachers of all traditions bring yoga's hope and healing to underserved populations.   • Breathing practices (pranayama);
  • Yoga poses (asana) both active and restorative;
  • Guided meditation; and
  • Deep relaxation (savasana).

Aromatherapy and Reiki Healing Private Sessions

Join Catherine Carver and Sandy Sferrazza for a one-hour session of Aromatherapy and Reiki. Both Catherine and Sandy have studied Reiki and are Level II Attuned. Catherine has studied and used Aromatherapy with her massage clients for 15 years, and Sandy has attended workshops at Breathing Space on Aromatherapy.
The Session will begin with a 30-minute Aromatherapy Reading in which you will select scents that correspond with your internal need, then, we will discuss the process and correlation between your inner need and the essences, then, we will make your fragrance for you. Following that, you will lay on a comfortable and heated massage table and experience a 30-minute Reiki Healing Session.
This will be a very special and personal hour for you.
As a result, we are offering only 5 sessions on November 18th. Time slots are listed on the sign up. Sign up here Space is limited.  The cost for the Session is $70.
